Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations for the assigned market, ensuring timely delivery within agreed KPIs and SLAs.
  • Own and maintain AR subledger accounts with full accountability for accurate reconciliation and proactive management of overdue receivables.
  • Drive effective credit control and collection strategies to minimize credit risk and optimize cash flow.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties to support business objectives.
  • Manage service billing processes, including inter-company invoicing and reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Monitor client balances closely, reducing aged receivables through regular communication and collection follow-up.
  • Prepare and present detailed monthly credit and collection reports to management and key stakeholders.
  • Oversee client onboarding, credit term setting, contract management, and ERP system maintenance for AR activities.
  • Ensure monthly account closing is accurate, timely, and compliant, investigating and resolving any anomalies.
  • Enforce robust internal controls and AR policies aligned with corporate governance standards.
  • Champion digital transformation and continuous improvement projects by contributing to requirement gathering, impact analysis, and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications

  • Proven finance and accounting experience in complex, multicultural organizational environments.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SAP B1, SAP HANA, Salesforce, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • Involvement in at least one system implementation or automation project.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Accounts Receivable management.

Skills

Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and actively contribute in team meetings. Commercially savvy and data-driven with strategic planning and financial analysis capabilities. Proficiency in managing complex financial data.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
