Join Moët Hennessy in Amsterdam as an Account Manager for Luxury Hotels & Gastronomy. Drive business growth and manage key accounts in the luxury hospitality sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize commercial relationships with luxury hotel accounts in Amsterdam.
  • Drive business growth in existing luxury hotel and gastronomy accounts.
  • Achieve volume and distribution targets.
  • Manage orders and serve as the primary contact for account orders, coordinating with customer service.
  • Oversee credit management for accounts within the region.
  • Utilize sales force tools to document account history, meeting notes, and sales opportunities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Amsterdam luxury hotel sector.
  • Develop a network within luxury hotels to facilitate business growth.
  • Create and negotiate offers for new accounts, including investment and pricing calculations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to organize trade activations.
  • Communicate with brand managers regarding contract offers and brand activations.
  • Develop creative strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase sales.
  • Provide monthly sales forecasts to the ON Trade director and finance team.
  • Engage in e-learning to enhance brand and product knowledge.
  • Represent Moët Hennessy at events and trade activations.
  • Conduct product tastings and training on the champagne, wines, and spirits portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in hotel management.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Possession of a valid driving license.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Data-driven with the ability to analyze financial performance and develop sales plans.
  • Persistent and results-oriented attitude.

Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building capabilities. Strategic negotiation skills. Proficiency in data analysis and sales planning. Creative thinking for brand activations.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, with a focus on sales within the hospitality sector.

Education

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in hotel management.
