Join Miu Miu in Thailand as an Instore CRM Manager, driving client-centric culture and CRM strategy execution in a luxury fashion setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise all clienteling activities of the store staff, defining specific development plans for each Client Advisor.
- Perform weekly and monthly customer and KPIs analysis to monitor store CRM performance.
- Assist the Store Manager in designing the CRM action plan, considering business needs and event calendar.
- Review and analyze Client Advisor performance on Clienteling and Retail KPIs, providing individual development plans.
- Design and implement action plans focusing on data collection, local client retention, and brand loyalty.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of in-store new product launches, events, and client experiences from a CRM perspective.
- Ensure store staff is well-trained in using all Clienteling tools.
- Oversee and manage local training materials and sessions on CRM topics, including clienteling strategy and CRM best practices.
- Support Sales Staff in managing VIC Clients, focusing on growth and potential of this cluster.
- Collaborate with PR Department in managing celebrities and influencers.
- Collaborate with the Local Retail team to improve store performance.
- Ensure good knowledge of market and consumer trends to enhance the fashion sense of the store staff.
- Ensure the growth of the store’s customer community, including participation in events outside the shop.
Skills
Experience
Experience in CRM and clienteling within the luxury fashion industry is preferred.
