Role & Responsibilities
- Represent the Michael Kors brand as an ambassador, delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and repeat business.
- Manage client communications and follow-up using clientelling apps and available CRM tools to grow and maintain customer relationships.
- Maintain impeccable floor and stock presentation, ensuring product availability and visual standards.
- Collaborate with store management to communicate performance, identify sales opportunities and contribute to store targets.
- Leverage Product Knowledge packs to become a selling expert and confidently advise customers on product features and styling.
- Analyse business results and customer data to identify opportunities to increase sales and conversion.
Qualifications
- Relevant retail sales experience in a fast-paced environment; luxury or premium retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to collaborate, motivate teammates and contribute to a high-performing store culture.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Technological proficiency with the ability to adopt and use digital clientelling and point-of-sale tools.
- Local language proficiency preferred (Spanish for Barcelona) to ensure effective client communication.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales within a fast-paced environment; experience in luxury or premium fashion retail and clienteling is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in retail, sales or hospitality is desirable.

The successful candidate will be located in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.
