Join Alexander McQueen in Dubai as a Client Advisor. Seeking a Russian speaker for the Dubai Mall Boutique to deliver exceptional client experiences in a luxury fashion setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and understanding of McQueen's heritage.
- Proactively identify and seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, utilizing CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Engage clients with insights on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Exceed individual financial targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
- Foster open communication with team members, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Maintain a continual learning mindset by seeking and embracing feedback.
- Ensure shop floor standards and product levels align with company policies.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
- Comply with company procedures on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, and stock procedures.

- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
