Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening to, and assisting clients, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of products and brand heritage.
  • Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, supported by CRM and digital tools.
  • Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
  • Exceed individual financial targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
  • Foster open communication with team members and propose effective solutions, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Embrace continuous learning by actively seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
  • Maintain shop floor standards and product levels in accordance with company policies.
  • Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
  • Adhere to company grooming standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Comply with operational guidelines, stock procedures, and reporting activities as required by head office.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated alignment with Alexander McQueen's core behaviours.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
  • Ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
  • Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
  • Team-player mentality.

Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient selling skills and ability to overcome objections. Client-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Knowledge of luxury products and fashion trends. Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM systems. Physical ability to be mobile for extended periods.

Experience

Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or a customer service-related field is required.
