Join Marc Jacobs in London as a Sales Ambassador. This part-time role offers an opportunity to represent a leading luxury fashion brand in a dynamic retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand image and ethos for customers and the store team.
  • Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
  • Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
  • Welcome clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about the brand.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, expanding the client book through CRM.
  • Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales.
  • Process sales confidently and professionally.
  • Stay updated with fashion trends and product lines.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, supporting stock control and management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
  • Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Skills

Passion for fashion and sales. Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets. Excellent personal presentation. Understanding of retail KPIs.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury fashion sales is required.
