Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform a comprehensive range of watch repairs and services to the highest standard, supporting departmental targets and the development of the UK aftersales business.
  • Conduct all general repairs, including battery replacements, part jobs, under guarantees, and servicing of quartz and quartz chronograph movements.
  • Perform checks on the functionality of quartz and mechanical movements.
  • Assist with technical preparation, including external maintenance such as de-casing, ultrasonic cleaning, and resealing.
  • Ensure quality control of personal work to meet high standards.
  • Operate machinery correctly following safety procedures.
  • Maintain and clean workshop equipment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Proactively develop technical skills and enhance knowledge.
  • Ensure a safe and orderly working environment.
  • Achieve workload targets within agreed timeframes.
  • Support team colleagues and promote a positive work culture.
  • Assist the Estimation department as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Experience in servicing quartz and automatic watches is desirable.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or industry, with experience in servicing quartz and automatic watches being desirable.
