Join LVMH in Tokyo as an HR Manager in the Watches & Jewelry division. Oversee HR processes and support brand growth in a dynamic luxury environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide HR consulting support to managers and General Managers for all employee life cycles.
  • Plan and implement recruitment strategies for shop and office staff, including shop managers.
  • Collect and analyze learning needs, proposing necessary learning solutions to the organization.
  • Conduct regular visits to shops to assess the current situation and monitor staff motivation, offering advice to managers, General Managers, and Senior HR Director as needed.
  • Advise and support on labor issues in shops, coordinating staff transfers, promotions, and proposing relevant staff assignments.
  • Prepare and conduct performance appraisals and manage the salary review process.

Qualifications

  • More than 10 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Experience in the retail, hospitality, or luxury industry preferred.
  • Proficiency in Business English and Japanese.

Experience

Candidates must possess over a decade of experience in Human Resources, with a preference for those with a background in the retail, hospitality, or luxury sectors.
