LVMH in Oberursel, Germany, seeks an HR Manager for a temporary position. Join the luxury leader to support HR operations across Central Europe.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide support and guidance to managers and employees in Central Europe (Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands) on all HR-related matters.
  • Ensure professional HR support in daily operations, particularly as a point of contact for managers regarding labor law and HR administrative issues.
  • Assist in selected recruitment processes in collaboration with hiring managers and manage external service providers.
  • Support employee training and development initiatives in collaboration with the global HR department.
  • Oversee external payroll processing, conduct personnel controlling, and prepare HR reports.
  • Participate in HR projects in alignment with the global HR strategy.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in an international environment.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English; French is an advantage. Structured and solution-oriented work approach with a pragmatic mindset. High social competence and empathy in interactions with employees and managers. Proficiency in MS Office and strong presentation skills. Willingness to travel.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a generalist HR role, preferably in an international context.

Education

Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources or a comparable qualification.

Workplace

This position is based in Oberursel, Hesse, Germany, within easy reach of Frankfurt am Main.
