LVMH Watches & Jewelry seeks a CRM Manager in Tokyo, Japan, to lead CRM strategies and enhance customer engagement. Must have 5+ years of CRM experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.
  • Identify and segment target clients to tailor communication strategies, including direct mail and campaigns.
  • Coordinate all client communications across various channels to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Strengthen customer engagement and loyalty through events and international tours.
  • Leverage SalesForce data for customer insights and segmentation.
  • Collaborate with retail teams to gather and analyze customer data.
  • Monitor CRM initiatives using key performance indicators and report on campaign effectiveness.
  • Plan and execute regional and local training programs for boutique staff.
  • Deploy sales training to boutique managers and staff on brand, product knowledge, and clienteling.
  • Manage budget, expenses, and vendor relationships.
  • Conduct market research and analysis.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in CRM and brand marketing, preferably within the retail or B2C industry. Experience or studies abroad are advantageous.
