Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients through phone, email, and video to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Educate clients on product care and troubleshooting, providing tailored recommendations.
  • Manage the entire repair process, ensuring seamless logistics and consistent client communication.
  • Collaborate with client advisors to update service practices and create new sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate repair management with the National Service Center and local service providers.
  • Update and maintain SAP with information on spare parts inventory and repair status.
  • Manage estimate confirmations and optimize workflow for logistics and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury setting.
  • Proven client-centric approach and empathy in all interactions.

Skills

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to manage pressure and resolve challenging client scenarios. Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce.
