Role & Responsibilities

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, delivering an exceptional and memorable customer experience.
  • Contribute to achieving store sales targets and service KPIs through proactive engagement.
  • Manage the sales process from initial greeting to final packaging, ensuring a unique shopping experience.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of collections, selling techniques, and brand stories.
  • Provide personalized client service, embodying the warm Italian hospitality mindset.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while engaging new customers.
  • Register client data for CRM purposes and perform CRM activities as directed by management.
  • Communicate opportunities for community engagement and brand awareness initiatives.
  • Apply sales-related procedures and guidelines, ensuring compliance with security and legal standards.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and product display according to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Perform after-sales service activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient service.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Experience
