Join LVMH Watches & Jewelry in Toronto as an Assistant Store Manager. Lead sales strategies and team development in a luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWI) and monitor related sales metrics.
  • Oversee sales team performance metrics, providing strategic guidance to meet targets.
  • Enhance sales techniques and lead by example on the sales floor through direct client engagement and event participation.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to capitalize on sales opportunities.
  • Ensure Visual Merchandising aligns with brand vision and critical control points (KCPs).
  • Train the sales team in CRM tool utilization to foster repeat business and adapt strategies based on analytical insights.
  • Direct and inspire the sales team to achieve KPIs and enhance client relations.
  • Provide regular feedback to the sales team on client interactions, emphasizing unique client experiences and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with HR to promote career growth and prepare the sales team for future roles.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in a comparable role, ideally in the luxury retail sector.
  • Experience in High Jewelry and Watches sales is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated strategic agility and aptitude for leading and inspiring teams.
  • Proven record of achieving exceptional business results.
  • Ability to strategize, make rapid decisions, and implement practical business actions.
  • Strong managerial background with a focus on nurturing and empowering diverse teams.
  • In-depth understanding of the local retail market, with skills in client development and establishing industry relationships.
  • Proficiency in merchandising techniques.
  • Familiarity with retail software like Beanstore, Salesforce, and SAP.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
