Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification and SAP entry.
  • Support the creation and review of payment runs in SAP.
  • Conduct intercompany reconciliations with sister companies.
  • Record customer payment receipts and manage customer dunning processes.
  • Generate direct debits in SAP for customer bank collections.
  • Coordinate interface reconciliations for outbound invoices to SAP.
  • Participate in general ledger tasks, including provision calculations and monthly closing entries.
  • Perform account and balance sheet analyses.
  • Address monthly error lists for intra-community declarations.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business administration program with a focus on accounting or a related field.
  • Preferably some internship experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English.

Skills

Strong organizational skills and reliability. Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Experience

Ideal for students with some internship experience in accounting or finance.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in business administration or a related field.
