Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet clients in the store.
  • Advise clients and identify their needs.
  • Execute and monitor sales transactions.
  • Engage and retain clients by embodying Dior's values.
  • Contribute to stock management.
  • Participate in merchandising activities.

Qualifications

  • Possession of a Baccalaureate degree.
  • Seeking an apprenticeship as part of ongoing studies.
  • Preferably some initial experience in sales.

Skills

Strong enthusiasm and passion for sales. Desire to deliver a high-quality shopping experience. Recognized for dynamism, responsiveness, and curiosity. Excellent command of French and ability to communicate in English.

Experience

No prior experience required, though a background in sales is advantageous.

Education

Enrollment in the BTS Management Commercial Opérationnel program.

Workplace

This position is based in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
