Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic action plans with Retail Account Managers to achieve specific volume goals.
  • Monitor and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings on platforms such as Yelp and Google.
  • Lead and develop a team of Retail Account Managers and Aestheticians, fostering professional growth and succession planning.
  • Ensure in-store merchandising reflects the brand's high standards and culture.
  • Oversee the execution of new store openings and the addition of new business classes, in collaboration with corporate account personnel.
  • Identify potential new retail locations and assess existing ones for discontinuation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management experience in the beauty industry or a similar field.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Successful completion of an E-Verify check.
  • State board aesthetician or cosmetology license preferred.

Skills

Strong leadership and team development abilities. Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills. Proficiency in managing retail operations and merchandising. Ability to work independently and manage a home office.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years in retail management within the beauty industry or a similar environment is required.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Newark, New Jersey, USA, with easy access to New York City.

Compensation

The target salary range for this position is $118,000 - $150,000, with eligibility for a sales incentive bonus and/or commission.
