Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive best practice recruitment for junior head office and retail vacancies.
  • Actively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networks.
  • Support the transition to a skills-based organization with proactive recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with regular updates.
  • Offer innovative recruitment solutions to ensure optimal candidate selection.
  • Enhance internal mobility within LVMH Beauty and the broader LVMH group.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience from attraction to onboarding.
  • Ensure adherence to DEIB guidelines and GDPR compliance in recruitment processes.
  • Source diverse talent across various backgrounds and roles.
  • Conduct structured interviews using the LVMH Interview Guide.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations with clear timelines and regular updates.
  • Track and communicate recruitment costs monthly.
  • Maintain up-to-date recruitment trackers with relevant details.
  • Champion and support the DEIB strategy.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador for LVMH Beauty, supporting EVP projects and employee branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate with educational institutions to strengthen partnerships.
  • Support the wider HR team on various initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of recruitment experience, in-house or agency.
  • Understanding of the retail industry and ideally the cosmetic/luxury market.
  • Previous retail experience is desirable.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Ability to handle confidential materials.
  • Genuine passion for HR and luxury brands.

Comprehensive understanding of 360 recruitment practices. Strong stakeholder management experience. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage priorities and complete tasks efficiently. Creative problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Ability to understand and promote brand DNA and EVP. Influencing and confident communication skills.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in recruitment, preferably within the luxury or retail sectors.
