Join LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in Tokyo as a Sales Manager. This role requires a minimum of 5 years in sales, proficiency in Japanese and English, and a passion for the beauty industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee sell-in and sell-out targets, managing the sell-in process to achieve predetermined objectives.
- Maintain effective communication with department stores and headquarters to ensure alignment on business goals and strategies.
- Lead negotiations for new counter openings, existing counter renewals, and trade conditions with department stores and headquarters.
- Consolidate sales results and conduct in-depth analysis to identify underlying issues, proposing and implementing countermeasures within budget constraints.
- Develop, manage, and monitor action plans for each counter location to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility.
- Provide coaching and motivation to Counter Chiefs and Make Up Artists to ensure high performance standards are met.
- Timely reporting of department store-related problems while proactively raising any issues that may impact sales performance.
- Regularly report sales results on a monthly and weekly basis to senior management for review and strategic decision-making.
- Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis and share insights with relevant stakeholders to inform strategic planning.
- Manage all sales-related expenditures in line with allocated budgets while seeking opportunities for cost optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years in sales, preferably in beauty or FMCG industries
- Japanese and English proficiency at a business level (TOEIC 800)
