LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in Seoul is seeking a Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Coordinator. This full-time position requires a Bachelor's degree in Science and offers a dynamic work environment in the luxury beauty industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Investigate local quality issues and report to regional or headquarters QA under the supervision of the QA Manager.
  • Review and disseminate instructions regarding local quality issues from regional or headquarters to stakeholders for necessary actions.
  • Manage Certificate of Analysis (CoA) by reviewing compliance status before market release, examining details for concerned batches, and archiving CoA.
  • Consolidate quality complaints from points of sale and visual inspection results of returned items.
  • Review and prepare documents for product importation and register functional cosmetics with the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS).
  • Validate Korean labels and review local claims and advertisements.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and prepare drafts of monitoring forms.
  • Support quality management by drafting documents for on-site inspections and ISO 14001 audits.
  • Assist the Operational RA Manager, QA Manager, and RA&QA Director with assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science, preferably in Chemistry.
  • 1 year of experience in regulatory or quality fields within the cosmetic or related industries preferred.

Skills

Detail-oriented with strong accountability and proactivity. Adaptable with effective communication and collaboration skills. Proficiency in Business English, both written and spoken. Excellence in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred skills in systematic and engineering capabilities using automated software or tools.

Experience

Beginner level experience in regulatory or quality fields within the cosmetic or related industries is preferred.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Science, preferably in Chemistry.
