Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support and facilitate communication with external and internal stakeholders for various purchasing projects.
  • Conduct tenders, negotiations, and project awards under the direct supervision of the Purchasing Manager.
  • Initiate social and ethical audits and enforce the respective corrective action plans (CAPs).
  • Perform local data collection, market, and cost analysis.
  • Assist in enhancing the purchasing process.

Qualifications

  • Advanced studies in business administration.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Fluency in German and English. Ability to work independently and in a structured manner. Strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility.

Experience

Entry-level position requiring initial practical experience in corporate environments with complex structures.

Education

Advanced studies in business administration.
