Join LVMH Cosmetics in Tokyo as a Payroll Specialist. This full-time role requires 5+ years of experience in payroll administration and offers career growth opportunities within the luxury sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute the entire payroll process ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage workflows to ensure all payroll transactions are processed correctly.
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
- Understand and apply proper taxation for employer-paid benefits.
- Process garnishment calculations and ensure compliance.
- Manage attendance and data entry systems.
- Process incentives, bonuses, and payments for temporary staff.
- Sort and distribute payroll slips.
- Administer payments for retirement allowances and year-end tax adjustments.
- Manage social insurance applications and documentation.
- Administer pension programs and group life insurance.
- Oversee inhabitant and income tax administration.
- Prepare headcount reports and collaborate with Finance & Accounting for account booking.
- Manage benefits including medical checks and insurance.
- Respond to audit inspections and liaise with external service providers.
Qualifications
- University degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in payroll administration.
