Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement the occupational health and safety policy and governance arrangements of LVMH Beauty Iberia.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential workplace hazards and provide expert safety advice.
  • Develop and implement preventive measures to mitigate identified risks.
  • Ensure employees are informed of relevant safety regulations and provide necessary training.
  • Stay abreast of new legislation and formulate safety policies and procedures accordingly.
  • Conduct regular workplace inspections to supervise compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Investigate workplace accidents and incidents to ascertain causes and prevent recurrence.
  • Offer technical advice to management and employees on best practices in safety and health.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in law, labor relations, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree in health & safety risk management with specializations in Industrial Security and Ergonomics & Applied Psychology.

Skills

Problem-solving skills. High flexibility with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to work independently. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Office 365, particularly advanced Excel.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position is required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in law, labor relations, or similar; Master’s degree in health & safety risk management.

The successful candidate will be located in Madrid, Madrid, Spain.
