Join LVMH Beauty Iberia in Madrid as a Learning and HR Support Intern. Gain experience in luxury beauty HR, supporting training and development initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the training plan for employees in both field and central offices.
  • Assist in mobilizing and following up on the company's training program.
  • Support the coordination and logistics of training sessions, workshops, and development initiatives.
  • Track and analyze training data to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed on learning and development best practices and trends within the luxury industry.
  • Manage Fundae and liaise with consultancy firms.
  • Revise, update, and improve databases.
  • Utilize the internal Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Provide administrative support in areas such as travel organization and expenses.
  • Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
  • Contribute to HR projects, including events and conventions.

Qualifications

  • Eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university, full-time.

Skills

Strong problem-solving skills with a resilient and adaptable mindset. Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and collaboratively. Excellent planning, precision, and organizational skills. High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality. Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality. Ability to build trust and maintain professionalism in all HR-related interactions.

Experience

Beginner level experience in Human Resources or related fields.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
