Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the preparation of the annual budget cycle, rolling forecasts, and business reviews in alignment with HQ and APAC directives.
- Assist the Brand Director in constructing and monitoring budget and forecast cycles.
- Prepare regular financial and management reports.
- Support brand management with financial and business analysis for informed decision-making.
- Control operational expenses and identify opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.
- Conduct retail analysis including sales, stock coverage, and door productivity.
- Manage day-to-day financial activities and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Provide financial analysis support to the brand team and assist senior stakeholders in strategic planning.
- Ensure internal controls and procedures are implemented effectively.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
- CA or CPA qualified with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Tertiary qualifications in Accounting.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial and management accounting, with a preference for experience in the Retail or FMCG sectors.
Education
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting.
