Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute payroll and severance administration in a timely and accurate manner for all employees, including hourly-paid and brand-specific staff.
  • Calculate and process interim severance and severance for resigned employees.
  • Manage temporary contract salary calculations and executions as needed.
  • Administer the four major insurance payments and ensure individual details are accurately reflected in payroll.
  • Oversee medical insurance and national pension processes for employee resignation and registration.
  • Calculate and compensate for unpaid leave days in monthly payroll.
  • Conduct year-end tax settlement and execute monthly and yearly income tax returns.
  • Administer compensation and benefits, including self-development subsidies, language training, tuition, and mutual aid subsidies.
  • Manage annual leave and ensure employees utilize their leave entitlements.
  • Coordinate employee registration and resignation processes for life insurance and medical expense reimbursement.
  • Facilitate communication with staff, brand partners, and manage staff sales and product allowance programs.
  • Handle HRIS-related tasks, including data input, consolidation, and agency management.
  • Execute yearly budgeting and revisions, and prepare for audits and ad-hoc meetings.

Qualifications

  • University degree preferred
  • 1-5 years of experience in payroll and compensation and benefits
  • Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in English is advantageous

Experience
