Join LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in Paris as a Compensation & Benefits Apprentice. Gain hands-on experience in HR, focusing on international mobility and compensation management.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing compensation packages for international assignments, including salary, allowances, benefits, and relocation.
  • Support the definition of competitive compensation packages for new hires and prepare proposals and presentations for management.
  • Coordinate international relocation logistics, including visas and travel, ensuring compliance with global Group mobility policy.
  • Provide support to expatriates and new hires with compensation and benefits inquiries, resolving issues related to international assignments and relocations.
  • Maintain accurate records of assignments, compensation, and benefits, and assist in preparing reports for audits.
  • Analyze data to enhance the effectiveness of compensation packages.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication and analytical skills. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Interest in international HR and global mobility. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

Beginner level experience is acceptable, suitable for those starting their career in HR or related fields.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Paris, Île-de-France, France.
