Join LVMH Beauty in Palma De Majorca, Spain as a Beauty Consultant. Part-time role with a focus on luxury retail and customer service excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and sell brand products, providing the highest level of customer service to achieve sales targets.
- Promote brand image and maintain strong relationships with both local and international clients.
- Educate customers on product knowledge to enhance brand loyalty.
- Maintain merchandising counters in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Update displays according to new launches and planograms.
- Monitor stock levels and report any issues to the retail or boutique manager.
- Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
- Build strong relationships with retail store managers.
- Encourage team spirit and collaboration among colleagues.
Qualifications
- Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; professional training or university degree preferred.
- Fluent in Spanish (minimum C2) and proficient in English (minimum B2).
- Availability to work 40 hours per week.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; professional training or university degree preferred.

The role is situated in Palma De Majorca, Balearic Islands, Spain.
