Role & Responsibilities

  • Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
  • Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
  • Monitor competitive activities, including special actions and product launches.
  • Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
  • Track sales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop lasting personal relationships with clients and retailers.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
  • Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

Compensation

Base salary plus incentives.
