Role & Responsibilities

  • Sell the brand's products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Increase brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
  • Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
  • Monitor competitors' activities, including special actions and product launches.
  • Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
  • Track sales performance according to key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop lasting personal relationships with clients and retailers.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
  • Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance following corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
  • Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

Education

Compensation

Base salary plus incentives.
