Join LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria as a Beauty Advisor. Temporary position with a focus on luxury sales and customer service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell brand products and provide high-quality customer service throughout the sales process.
- Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
- Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
- Monitor competitors' activities, including special actions and product launches.
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
- Track point-of-sale KPIs.
- Develop lasting personal relationships with customers through loyalty programs and samples.
- Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
- Participate in maintaining merchandising and inventory according to corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure sufficient product availability.
- Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; education related to luxury, beauty, or fashion is desirable.
- Advanced English proficiency; German and/or French are a plus.
- Residence in the South Fuerteventura area (Jandía - Costa Calma).
- Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
Skills
Experience
1-2 years of professional experience in retail or service sectors, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments. Experience in sell-out sales and objective management is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
