Join LVMH in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria as a Beauty Advisor. This part-time role offers the chance to work with luxury brands in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Sell brand products and provide high-quality customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
  • Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and product launches.
  • Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
  • Track point-of-sale KPIs.
  • Develop long-lasting personal relationships with customers through loyalty programs and samples.
  • Achieve monthly retail sales targets.
  • Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure adequate product availability.
  • Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; education in luxury, beauty, or fashion is desirable.
  • Advanced English proficiency; German and/or French are a plus.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in retail or service sectors, preferably in luxury, beauty, or fashion.
  • Residence in South Fuerteventura (Jandía - Costa Calma).
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and own vehicle.

Experience

1-2 years of professional experience in retail or service sectors, preferably in luxury, beauty, or fashion.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; education in luxury, beauty, or fashion is desirable.
