Join LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in Seoul as an Accounts Receivable Accountant. This full-time role requires expertise in AR operations, treasury management, and corporate card operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and reconcile accounts receivable by sales channels, including department stores and e-commerce.
  • Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue balances.
  • Maintain accurate AR sub-ledger and reconcile with the general ledger.
  • Prepare AR-related journal entries and manage month-end closing activities.
  • Support revenue recognition in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Coordinate with sales, customer service, and finance teams regarding billing and collections.
  • Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
  • Prepare AR reports, including aging analysis and collection status.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
  • Prepare sales order block reports and support DSO calculation.
  • Manage treasury operations including vendor payments and cash collection from customers.
  • Post bank statements and settle AR.
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment of company taxes.
  • Manage and follow up on corporate card operations, including commissions and charges.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law.
  • 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting role.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or AX preferred.
  • Accounting certificate (CPA or AICPA) is an advantage.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in PC operations. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Experience

1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting roles.

Education

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law.
