Join LVMH Perfumes & Cosmetics in Seoul as an Accounts Receivable Accountant. This full-time role requires expertise in AR operations, treasury management, and corporate card operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile accounts receivable by sales channels, including department stores and e-commerce.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue balances.
- Maintain accurate AR sub-ledger and reconcile with the general ledger.
- Prepare AR-related journal entries and manage month-end closing activities.
- Support revenue recognition in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Coordinate with sales, customer service, and finance teams regarding billing and collections.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Prepare AR reports, including aging analysis and collection status.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Prepare sales order block reports and support DSO calculation.
- Manage treasury operations including vendor payments and cash collection from customers.
- Post bank statements and settle AR.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of company taxes.
- Manage and follow up on corporate card operations, including commissions and charges.
Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Law.
- 1+ years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting role.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or AX preferred.
- Accounting certificate (CPA or AICPA) is an advantage.
