Join Maison Francis Kurkdjian in Edinburgh as an Account Manager, leading a team to achieve sales targets and provide luxury service. Located in the UK, part of the LVMH group.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets as set by the Area Sales Manager and share these objectives with the team.
- Proactively sell Maison Francis Kurkdjian products while providing a luxury standard of service to customers.
- Lead and coach the team to ensure awareness and achievement of sales targets.
- Maintain awareness of KPIs and new product launches, promotional activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Lead a team of Luxury Brand Ambassadors to provide high levels of customer service.
- Collaborate with the Retail Trainer to ensure team participation in relevant training courses.
- Propose fragrance recommendations and effectively handle customer objections.
- Ensure consistent service standards reflective of Maison Francis Kurkdjian.
- Develop the team for business continuity and manage team-related matters.
- Maintain immaculate and well-merchandised counters reflective of the brand.
- Adhere to grooming guidelines and professional conduct standards.
- Manage efficient stock processes and complete all operational and administrative tasks.
- Establish professional relationships with stakeholders, including host store management and LVMH Head Office.
- Adhere to all company procedures and policies.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales management experience, ideally within luxury brands.
- Appreciation of beauty or luxury lifestyle sectors and a passion for the industry.
