Join LVMH in Paris as a Junior Learning & Development Program Coordinator. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to work with a global luxury leader. Starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate the implementation of internal training programs in collaboration with external providers, including communication with providers, booking training venues, and liaising with participants.
- Manage employee enrollments for each training program listed in the training plan, including researching specific programs based on identified needs, registering with external training organizations, and coordinating administrative processes (agreements, invoices, etc.).
- Contribute to the management of the training plan, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), dashboards, and budget tracking.
- Assist in the consolidation of various reports, such as the annual report, annual social report, and activity report for the Social and Economic Committee (CSE).
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Human Resources program or business school with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Previous experience in Human Resources, with a keen interest in Learning & Development.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience in Human Resources, particularly in Learning & Development, is preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
