Join LVMH in Paris as a Junior Learning & Development Program Coordinator. This full-time role offers a dynamic environment within the luxury industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation of internal training programs in collaboration with external providers, including communication with providers, booking training spaces, and liaising with participants.
  • Manage employee enrollment for each training listed in the training plan, including researching specific programs based on identified needs, registering with external training organizations, and coordinating the administrative process (agreements, invoices, etc.).
  • Contribute to the management of the training plan, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), dashboards, and budget monitoring.
  • Assist in consolidating various reports, such as the annual report, annual social report, and activity report for the Social and Economic Committee (CSE).

Qualifications

  • Student in Human Resources or business school with a specialization in Human Resources.
  • Initial experience in Human Resources with an interest in Learning & Development.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset. Attention to detail and a data-driven culture. Proactive, dynamic, versatile, and operationally inclined.

Experience

Entry-level experience in Human Resources, preferably with a focus on Learning & Development.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Human Resources or business school program.
