Join LVMH in Paris as a Junior Learning & Development Program Coordinator. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the luxury industry's training initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of internal training programs in coordination with external providers, including communication with providers, booking training venues, and liaising with participants.
- Manage employee enrollment for each training listed in the training plan, including identifying specific program needs, registering with external training organizations, and coordinating administrative processes (agreements, invoices, etc.).
- Contribute to the management of the training plan, including Learning Management System (LMS) oversight, dashboard creation, and budget tracking.
- Assist in consolidating various reports such as the annual report, annual social report, and activity report for the Social and Economic Committee (CSE).
Qualifications
- Student in Human Resources or business school with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Initial experience in Human Resources with an interest in Learning & Development.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level experience in Human Resources is preferred, with a focus on Learning & Development.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Human Resources or business school program.
Workplace
