Join LVMH in Paris as a Junior HR Business Partner Intern, starting September 2025 for a 12-month term. Engage in recruitment and HR processes within the luxury industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment activities for the Holding, assisting the internal recruiter with job postings and pre-selection of candidates.
  • Participate in campus recruitment initiatives and maintain liaison with the Campus Management team.
  • Engage in Talent Acquisition Group community events.
  • Monitor onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Ensure accuracy of information within HR systems.
  • Update HR reports and data.
  • Assist in the implementation of group processes such as training plans, recruitment plans, Talent Reviews, and annual salary increase campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/+5) in a relevant field.

Skills

Strong interest in technology, digital, and Human Resources. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organizational skills and teamwork orientation. Motivated to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment. Attention to detail and embodiment of LVMH values: Creativity, Innovation, Excellence, and Entrepreneurial Spirit. Fluent in English.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Education
