Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Visual Merchandising strategies in collaboration with the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager, ensuring alignment with brand standards and trade objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables for launch and trade plan activities, maintaining clear communication with internal teams and retail partners.
  • Oversee the design and execution of in-store displays, ensuring adherence to the UK marketing calendar and brand guidelines.
  • Create visual mock-ups and presentations for launches, ensuring validation by UK and HQ teams.
  • Manage the forecasting and allocation of international POSM across product categories.
  • Provide in-store support during launches and store refits, ensuring effective implementation of visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Conduct regular reviews of visual merchandising activities, gathering feedback and recommending improvements.
  • Manage the annual visual merchandising budget, tracking spend and analyzing cost distribution trends.
  • Oversee supplier relationships, ensuring quality execution and cost-effectiveness.
  • Supervise and mentor a Visual Merchandising Intern, providing guidance on launch and trade plan tasks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, preferably within the beauty or luxury retail sectors.
  • Proven expertise in project management and budget management.
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles, POS design, and retail standards.
  • Experience in sourcing, procurement, and supplier management.

Skills

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple demands and competing priorities. Strong commercial acumen with a focus on ROI analysis. Proficiency in communication, both written and verbal. Experience with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or IWD is advantageous.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in relevant Visual Merchandising roles, with a focus on the beauty or luxury retail industry.
