Join LVMH Fragrance Brands in Madrid as a Training Intern. Gain valuable experience in the luxury goods industry with a focus on training and development.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of the annual training plan according to market needs.
  • Lead the adaptation, translation, and revision of training tools.
  • Assist in developing training materials for various formats and audiences.
  • Support the execution and delivery of training events in different formats and schedules.
  • Manage and coordinate ad hoc training requests.
  • Supervise and manage stock of training products and e-learning elements.
  • Coordinate with international logistics for quota management.
  • Participate in the selection and management of external training solutions/vendors and budget management.
  • Engage in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and actions to increase market share.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Possibility of signing an agreement with a university for at least 6 months, full-time.

Skills

Fluency in English (C1 level); proficiency in French or other languages is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes. Knowledge of Adobe Pack and digital platforms is desirable.

Experience

Previous professional experience is considered advantageous but not mandatory.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field. A Master’s degree is considered a plus.
