Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate in-store animations to ensure flawless execution in line with French HQ guidelines.
  • Dispatch briefs, graphic materials, and guidelines to suppliers and clients for local production and assembly of displays.
  • Manage promoter campaigns, including proposal dispatch, temporary employment agency requests, and performance analysis.
  • Maintain a daily updated summary sheet of all animation and promoter information for the sales team.
  • Oversee orders of materials to suppliers, clients, and sales teams.
  • Control warehouse stock through inventory management.
  • Organize photographs of animations received from the commercial team and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with logistics, commercial, and marketing teams.
  • Continuously monitor offline competition.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations of executed actions.

Qualifications

  • Ability to sign an agreement with a university.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish; French is advantageous. Organizational skills with a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Experience

Beginner level experience in a related field.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
