Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the weekly distribution planning of assigned products to both French and international markets, collaborating closely with factory production planning, customer service, and sales forecasting.
  • Propose market allocation scenarios during shortages to maximize sales based on business priorities.
  • Communicate service risks and product availability dates to Markets and Head Office Marketing in case of shortages.
  • Contribute to the establishment and management of key performance indicators for Supply Planning activities using PowerBI (service, stock, sustainability, launch and promotion flow tracking).
  • Propose and conduct analyses and initiatives to enhance communication, efficiency, and performance of central supply planning (automation and centralization of data consistency checks, harmonization of end-to-end supply chain planning for promotional products).

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a Supply Chain degree program through an apprenticeship contract.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset. Strong analytical capabilities. Meticulous attention to detail, methodical approach, and pragmatism. Proficiency in information systems (Office Suite, ERP, BI, etc.) and experience with SAP. Fluency in English.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management.

The successful candidate will be located in Levallois-Perret, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
