Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure regulatory compliance of LVMH Fragrance Brands products, including new launches, reformulations, and repackaging, across various markets.
  • Oversee legal mentions on packaging, claims, and communication elements according to the countries of sale.
  • Ensure product dossiers are compliant and available for authorities during inspections.
  • Manage the registration process in China, including the provision of registration products and technical dossiers.
  • Lead projects to implement regulatory changes in collaboration with operations, LVMH Research, and marketing teams.
  • Manage and supervise a team of regulatory affairs officers to ensure service missions are accomplished.
  • Maintain updated procedures and work instructions necessary for mission success.
  • Communicate needs to the scientific direction for the effective operation of Regulatory Affairs.
  • Participate in consumer inquiries and inspections.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree +5 in a scientific field oriented towards cosmetics.
  • Confirmed experience (over 10 years) in a similar regulatory affairs role.

Skills

Mastery of regulatory standards applicable to cosmetics. Experience in compiling Product Information Files (PIF), verifying labeling and claims compliance. Knowledge of Chinese registration procedures and dossier details. Proficiency in English (oral and written). Attention to detail and critical analysis skills. Organizational and planning abilities. Teamwork skills. Active listening. Clear and concise communication across multiple services and countries. Adaptability. Proactivity. Priority management. Decision-making complexity management.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of confirmed experience in a similar role within regulatory affairs.

Education

Bachelor's degree +5 in a scientific field oriented towards cosmetics.
