LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks a Product Manager in Seoul, South Korea, to develop and implement marketing strategies for Givenchy & Kenzo. Requires 10 years of experience in cosmetics.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing objectives and plans in alignment with Korea Market Strategies.
  • Assist the Marketing Director in preparing a marketing strategy to achieve sales targets and enhance brand awareness and desirability.
  • Plan, develop, and execute the annual marketing plan through new product launches and support of existing business.
  • Support the Marketing Director in defining strategic directions and leading the marketing plan.
  • Plan the local marketing calendar in alignment with global guidelines.
  • Implement and execute marketing plans to increase brand awareness, market share, and sales growth.
  • Define, implement, and monitor marketing activities including product launches, renovations, and campaigns.
  • Prepare yearly marketing objectives and strategies based on business and market trends.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure the marketing plan is fulfilled within the time schedule.
  • Establish annual and monthly forecasts by product and monitor performance.
  • Recommend product deletions on an annual or seasonal basis.
  • Plan and monitor monthly promotions to meet annual targets.
  • Conduct monthly sales performance analysis by category and channel.
  • Perform post-launch evaluation analysis.
  • Analyze competitors’ activities and trends, providing relevant suggestions.
  • Monitor stock levels to meet sales and forecast targets.
  • Communicate with related teams to manage stock levels and prevent delivery issues.

Qualifications

  • University degree
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in international consumer goods, preferably in the cosmetic or beauty industry

Skills

Professional communication skills in Korean and English, both verbal and written Proactive and positive attitude Passion for the brand and cosmetics industry Strong interpersonal skills

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in international consumer goods, with a preference for experience within the cosmetics or beauty industry.
