Role & Responsibilities

  • Validate all animations based on corporate guidelines.
  • Define planograms and oversee local execution.
  • Monitor countries to obtain launch and animation reports, including photos, videos, and results.
  • Prepare launch reports and newsletters.
  • Prepare analysis files and actively participate in market re-challenge processes.
  • Manage digital assets and pre-validate posts.
  • Pre-validate influencer profiles and monitor countries for launch and animation reports.
  • Coordinate and provide operational support for internal meetings, seminars, and conventions.
  • Support the team with product orders, POS materials, Beauty Boxes, ad hoc requests, model loan management, data extractions, and PPT presentations.

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program, at a Bac+4/5 level.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Motivated with a strong team spirit. Sensitivity to the luxury sector, particularly in fragrances and cosmetics. Previous significant marketing experience is a plus.

Experience

No prior experience required, although previous marketing experience is advantageous.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.

Workplace

This position is based in Levallois-Perret, Île-de-France, France, within easy reach of Paris.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progress.
