Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly and monthly market analyses and reporting.
  • Perform monthly competitive intelligence on product launches and activations.
  • Assist in monthly sales forecasts, including file creation, presentation, analysis, and launch recommendations.
  • Update and consolidate launch reporting.
  • Conduct various analyses based on current events, such as budget revisions and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Complete the Book Enseigne with category information (French market only).
  • Aid in the creation of 2025 plan presentations and manage mock-ups, maintaining daily communication with headquarters teams.
  • Develop and provide tools for sales teams.
  • Update monthly catalogs for 2025.
  • Complete and update various launch tracking files for 2025, including calendars, marketing books, and IN&OUT to assist brand management.
  • Participate in the development of 360° launch plans.
  • Draft and distribute monthly internal newsletters on brand performance, news, and key information.
  • Organize internal events (or in-store) for product launches.
  • Update the Marketing Plan.
  • Support managers in following up on category projects.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (1st or 2nd year) in Business School or equivalent university program.
  • Previous successful experience in project management.
  • Interest in the luxury sector, particularly Fragrances and Cosmetics.
  • Aptitude for numbers, with a keen aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and possess strong teamwork skills.
  • Recognized for rigor, organization, responsiveness, and autonomy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but a successful project management experience is preferred.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree in Business or related field.

Workplace

This position is based in Levallois-Perret, Île-de-France, France, within easy reach of Paris.

Compensation

Compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progression.
