Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of new products in collaboration with R&D, Packaging Development, and suppliers.
  • Contribute to product concept ideation.
  • Prepare for major international events such as marketing plans, conventions, and taskforces.
  • Conduct competitive analyses and studies to inform marketing strategy, including performance analyses and panel studies.
  • Participate in 360-degree launch planning and coordinate with Digital, Merchandising, Press, Publishing, and Training teams.
  • Provide operational support to Product Managers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for the cosmetics and luxury sectors.
  • Organized, versatile, meticulous, creative, and curious.
  • Previous experience as a Product Assistant is advantageous.

Compensation

Internship compensation ranges from €1,300 to €1,400 gross per month, depending on academic progression.
