Join LVMH Fragrance Brands in Levallois-Perret, France, as a Key Account Manager. Drive brand development and commercial strategy within the luxury fragrance sector.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement the commercial strategy for the designated account in alignment with brand strategy.
- Identify development levers and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Enhance retail performance across brand categories through dynamic trade operations and merchandising visibility.
- Develop and execute e-retail growth plans, including budget management and performance tracking.
- Establish and monitor budgets, analyzing sell-in and sell-out performance.
- Coordinate marketing, training, retail, and commercial relations to enhance productivity.
- Motivate the sales force with strategic insights and competitive analysis.
- Build effective networks with key stakeholders at the account's headquarters and leading sales points.
- Propose innovative ideas through competitive analysis and brainstorming sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (Master's preferred).
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- 4-5 years of negotiation experience in the fragrance and cosmetics industry.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 5 years in a negotiation role within the fragrance and cosmetics sector is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (Master's preferred).

The role is situated in Levallois-Perret, Île-de-France, France — conveniently close to Paris.
