Join LVMH Fragrance Brands in Milan as an In-Store Account Manager, overseeing merchandising and marketing strategies in Lombardia. Full-time, on-site position in Italy.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the implementation of merchandising and marketing strategies in retail locations.
  • Monitor sell-out results and execute corrective measures as necessary, including optimal product placement and merchandising updates.
  • Implement communication strategies for new product launches and services.
  • Oversee stock levels and report potential issues.
  • Conduct competitor analysis.
  • Identify and propose areas for development in sell-out activities.
  • Execute and evaluate sell-out initiatives in designated stores.
  • Provide in-store training.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in commercial or merchandising roles is advantageous.
  • Result-oriented and customer-focused with a dynamic approach.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify new brand opportunities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possession of a valid driving license (Category B).

Experience
