Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and implement HR policies for Givenchy and Kenzo within the perfumes and cosmetics sector.
  • Act as a strategic HR business partner, advising managers and providing operational HR expertise.
  • Oversee sourcing and recruitment, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and LVMH values.
  • Support department directors in defining efficient organizational structures.
  • Manage the RISE performance management process and individual salary reviews.
  • Facilitate talent development and career mobility within the organization.
  • Contribute to the Talent Review process and support team development plans.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits, including salary budgets and new hire packages.

Qualifications

  • 7-8 years of experience in a generalist HR role or talent acquisition.
  • Proven business partner acumen with problem-solving orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and a digital-savvy mindset.

Experience
