Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and implement HR policies for Givenchy and Kenzo within the perfumes and cosmetics sector.
- Act as a strategic HR business partner, advising managers and providing operational HR expertise.
- Oversee sourcing and recruitment, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and LVMH values.
- Support department directors in defining efficient organizational structures.
- Manage the RISE performance management process and individual salary reviews.
- Facilitate talent development and career mobility within the organization.
- Contribute to the Talent Review process and support team development plans.
- Oversee compensation and benefits, including salary budgets and new hire packages.
Qualifications
- 7-8 years of experience in a generalist HR role or talent acquisition.
- Proven business partner acumen with problem-solving orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and a digital-savvy mindset.

Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a relevant HR role, preferably within the luxury sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
